Compare Spreadsheets
In this tutorial we teach you how to compare spreadsheets from your portfolio. Comparing can be very helpful in case of different versions of one file. PerfectXL compares spreadsheets on several key aspects, such as characteristics, risk indicators and complexity indicators.
How to Compare Spreadsheets
Upload the spreadsheet(s) you want to compare into your PerfectXL portfolio and select the one you want to examine. The go to the ‘Compare’ tab in the tool and select the second spreadsheet from you portfolio in the dropdown menu.
After selection PerfectXL will generate a comparison that focuses on characteristics of the spreadsheets, risk indicators and complexity indicators. The comparison is published in numbers as well as in a visualization, making it easy to spot big changes in a glance.
